Please take it to a political thread.
Enough is enough.

Both candidates ran on virtually identical platforms, and both candidates have virtually identical voting records.

My beef isn't with who is elected by popular vote. My beef is with candidates who don't represent the people who put them in office in the first place.

Everything you say is true. Until McCain chose Palin, I didn't care who won the election.

However, at this point I have decided to watch and wait. Obama was a member of the Senate when he established his voting record. It may be that his position as a team member influenced his voting. He gets credit for opposing the Iraq war when it wasn't popular.

He has promised to be honest with us. I'm going to see if he does the right thing as president. His intelligence is encouraging after 8 years of incompetence. Maybe he'll get us through this.

And now, Biden is his dog.

I have to agree with you, however, you have to the man a chance to prove himself in the WH. Everyone know that people that pull the strings have their own agenda. I am willing to give him a chance, maybe he will look after the American people.
This will my last comment on this thread. We can discuss it on a political thread if you wish.
