First-time voters went for Obama 69-30. Chances are they will be repeat Obama voters too. He already passed their acceptability threshold.

I'm a bit skeptic about this. First time voters are also the most easily disappointed. Obama will not be able to "fix" everything in the next three years that first time voters assume he will be able to do. So, given an attractive candidate from the Rep side, he might well lose some of those.

The number would depend on how short Obama falls and how attractive the alternatives are.
