John- I listened to the call and the question in question. It seems that Pete may have said something he shouldn't have said, and Don acted quickly to correct the misstep. I think the strategic merger will happen much sooner than later, especially now that Pete mentioned it. Actually, Pete said that the strategic merger would benefit the company, so I hope that shareholders will be benefitted too. Pete's response to Don's statement was: "...We are working on things that we think will make good news in the future." If anyone wants to hear this, check out vcall.com (time index: 18 minutes into the call) You need RealAudio. Earnings might be released today. It would be nice to see a joint announcement, as in a Q2 report and a merger agreement. Who knows? I expect to hear something positive very soon, regardless of its nature. As such, I've sold no shares. I'll see this thing to the end, darn it! Let's hope for some good action. Todd
