The big problem is that liberals overwhelmingly dominate the media and as a result we have a perpetual double standard in politics. It has actually gotten so bad that the fairness doctrine could conceivably help Republicans at this point, but if it were adopted conservatives would constantly have to make legal challenges to get their pound of flesh and that would be my concern about the law that conservatives would lack the tenacity to do that. * * *
