So you think McCain actually had a chance before he chose Palin?

I think he had a chance before his campaign imploded in many different ways, including the Palin choice. Hell, he was leading the polls, what, about 6-7 weeks before the election.

But I wasn't arguing that, I was actually saying this isn't true:
