intellect is a basic - though certainly not singular - requirement for President of the United States. True but not very relevant, as Palin has not demonstrated any lack of intellect. She has demonstrated a lack of ability to BS her way through questions where she doesn't really know the answer, compared to Biden who has shown himself to be a master at this. But unfortunately I suspect had she been elected as VP, experience in Washington would have "cured" her of this "defect".
