That was a nice touch on his part. I was disappointed by the conference, he really did not say much at all, I was left wondering why it was called except to be out there, which is important too.

He cannot do much more since he is not the President and I respected that he recognized that. It must be frustrating for both the President and the President elect these last days.

I thought the 'mutt like me' remark was welcome and refreshing. He really needed to show some self-deprecation to those of us who have never detected anything celestial in his demeanor. It worked.
