There is very strong evidence that manmade greenhouse gases have little to do with global warming and that solar cycles do yes and beyond that Chinese is now being recognized as the single biggest contributor of green house gases. Especially over a 3 or 5 year rolling moving average of carbon emission.

Any global accords that are not working them in as central contributors and players are dealing with the mathematics and carbon metrics of the Last Millenium. It's come to the point that if you look to the west, Japan , the USA etc and expect any significant global change without redirects from China, India, Brazil.....those views are all so antiquated and out of date as to be of no practice value.
