I now firmly believe that the management of this company doesn't have a clue. As with you.........why in the heck did the CEO even bring up the potential for the quick review process...knowing the backlog at the FDA. The bad news is the stock dropped like a rock in A-H trading, however, the volume was light. If I can get a decent reentry price on Monday I might buy back...however, now I'm thankful that I bailed when I did.

Jim, you are right, of course. DSCO should not have publicly anticipated the 60 day review and I'm sure they are responsible for some share of the delays. But my guess is that the FDA coulda/shoulda treated this drug with a little more urgency. The whole episode is pretty sorry...
