Funny thing was, it was not the teacher, but one of the parents, that brought the kids. I guess she wanted to teach the kids a lesson in tolerance, and it backfired. It should not be that way. Homosexuals should not have to hide from people and 'be careful' so as to not offend others. Otherwise, it smacks of the old days of the South, where being 'uppity' could get you killed...
