Yes, I think that teachers must be careful with and sensitive to both the ciricullum and parents. However, I still don't think that incident was sufficient to deny the rights of so many. I wonder if it will go up to the US Supreme Court, and (now) I wonder what they will rule. Another reminder of the importance of Obama's victory. Stevens is 88, Ginsberg is 75, Souter is 69, Breyer (until the addition of Alito, the 'coffee fetcher') is 70. And Scalia is 72.
