Sold my Oct25s for 1 3/8, bought 40 contracts of the Nov30s (figured I'd get more bang for my buck than in the 25s) at $1. If IOM breaks 30, I will probably move to the Nov35s. Any advice on how to play this? I've decided that I'm not taking any more money out of my IOM positions--over the last 4 months, I've made 28 round trips in and out of different IOM option positions, 23 of these were profitable, and 8 resulted in a more than 100% gain. I lost a lot on SEG and AOL--if I'd just left the money in IOM, think where I'd be. No more funding losing positions with IOM profits for me! I'm in for good until this thing hits $50.
