Your "claptrap" is accurate per math. End of Story. You can't change that. You CAN squeal on behalf of the sixth man in the story, or the poor in the story (as Obama is doing). Whether you've told the whole story or not, you certainly can't pretend Bush instituted the policies which you note in your post, can you?
