You seem to think that you have some privileged info that the general public doesn't have (i.e. insider info); I think trading stocks based on insider info is illegal. It's okay to say that you have heard a rumor that it is going to be so and so. Even if your info is correct, everyone is still speculating at this time unless JV has already been signed.

You're only relaying hearsay info that someone told you. We won't blame you if it turned out not to be true. :)
