It will be nice for us to go into the winter of our lives knowing the children of the world are much much safer since Novemeber 4th. I am still mesmerized. Like you, I sort of feel I know what Obama will do, because so far he has done what I would have done. Well, anything I can understand. And he is no shrinking violet. While he will always be measured, he will be relentless in helping the poor and downtrodden, and looking for peace. But the main thing he will do is something we did in alaska. As a consitutional scholer, he like FDR, will try and make smart just laws for the country that any despots like bush who get into power following him will have trouble undoing. Part of that, will be to appoint thousands of smart people and judges to clean up the mess the neo cons have wrought for the last 30 years. Along the way, he will explain them to us, so we can remember them to defend them. Like democracy-lol.
