Ted, > Why are you not mad at McCain for promoting joe and bringing him to everyone's attention? And why don't you find his current position re. taxes even a little bit hypocritical since he was so willing to take advantage of welfare? And why do your party's icons have such questionable ethics?

In order:

1) It's only natural to point out Obama's answer to Joe, which smacks of socialism.

2) I never really did support the McCain campaign. This "maverick moderate" started out as a man of independent principles, but ended up trying to be Obama-lite.

3) The Republicans are rightly paying for their "questionable ethics." Only problem is that the Democrats are no better when it comes to ethics, yet they will have a free hand in trying to fix a mess they themselves were partly responsible for.
