Bush and Palin are each much smarter than he is, don't confuse cunning with intelligence, or intelligence with smartness... also, don't confuse memory recall with intelligence... his stupidity rests in the way he speaks... he chooses his words very cautiously, as if he has something to hide, but this manner of speaking, when he has no script, gives his deceptive intentions away... the fact that he thinks he's fooling everyone is his stupidity... bj clinton did the exact same thing... he may have a high I.Q., but that doesn't mean much... hitler also had an high I.Q., but so what? Don't be swept away with one's intelligence only, what matters is how they use it and apply it... GZ
