Was just going to post that. Its apparent that the energy complex is being carved up by application, subdivided...so much innovation across so many areas....solar cells are already printed across huge flexible sheets......

only thing that will slow down the innovation will be government policy....

A couple of updates on the Hyperion Nuclear Generator.

If you saw the Hyperion on the BBC on November 9 or CNN on November 10 please read the following:

Hyperion on CNN and BBC TV

We appreciate the coverage but would like to correct a couple of statements ... We intend to deploy the first of the 4,000 units to be manufactured of the initial design within FIVE years, not ten. Also, Hyperion is not designed to be placed in the typical American “back yard.” Its 27 MW electric is designed to power a 20,000-home community, a military installation, bring energy to a disaster zone, or provide power for mining operations. Hyperion is too powerful for individual residential use... Thank you!
