As Chairman of Economic Advisors he encouraged and supportted George W Bush's massive tax cuts to the very wealthy and large oil companies

The tax cuts (they where broad based, not targeted at the wealthy and the oil companies), and they helped the economy.

2. Encouraged and supported George W. Bush's notion to dismantle government safeguards and watch dog functions to regulate the financial institutions that main street relies on to function.

There was no such dismantling.

3. He encouraged and supported George W. Bush's desire to privatise Social Security and other social programs that were designed to be a safety net for the most vulnerable people in our society.

1 - Bush's plans were not harmful.

2 - Bush's plans where not privatization.

3 - Bush's plans didn't go in to effect, so even if they where potentially harmful they wouldn't have caused any harm.
