If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution. As I understand it, the issue is not whether Obama is an illegal alien, but whether his place of birth is American soil.

Why did they wait until after the election? Voters needed that information prior to Nov 4 in order to make their decision. Now it will cause domestic unrest if he can't provide a valid birth certificate.
