Always have. (I'll bet that Hillary is probably pretty smart, too.)

It's just that Hilary and Newt are 'united' in one factor: they are BOTH extremely polarizing with the American public.

As exemplified by the fact that they both, for many years now, have held some of the highest 'negative' polling numbers ('unfavorables/favorables' nearly evenly balanced at around 50/50) recorded in American politics, among national and current political figures.
