Really? The Bush administration was the first to employ warrantless wire tapping. Then Congress recently passed FISA and Bush signed it. Obama will roll back many of the Exec Orders that Bush put in place that trample on our Constitutional rights. That's one of the benefits of having a Constitutional Law professor as our next President. I'm looking forward to enlightened leadership in the White House for a change. I very much regret having vote for Bush in 2000. Worst decision I ever made.
