what is his plan for cost to the consumer or delivery etc? That is what I am most interested in right now, who picks up the tab and is it proportionately priced to age of participant etc?

well you might be rght about innovation though the data shows that federally funded research accounts for a significant part of advances
in terms of access you are not right except for primary care

Obama was not in favor of a single payor, but of universal coverage through expansion of federal plans and (presumably) expanded Medicaid. It did not dismantle current employer-sponsored plans.
