Hi Finally,

Not when you view thw new technology of cars that are being made right now!

GM will introduce a new hybrid every 120 days through 2012.

Plug in Electric Hybrids (PHEV) will be out in just a year.

They are perfect for a 40 mile commute and run on electricity costing close to what oil at todays low price will be on a long term basis.

Any tax credits that promote the purchase of these vehicles - even when oil is low in price will assure that oil demand is on an ongoing continuous decline within North America.

These cars are too expensive for emerging markets, but they might be embraced in Europe and UK,where a 40 mile commute is a long commute vs in N America's larger expanse.

The evolution has already started.

The Arabs and all of OPEC knew full well and tried to tap it as hard and as long as they could.

Their revenue climax is over.
