JP didn't want the Job....didn't want to leave that nice TX weather. SMART!! Economic crunch really starting to take hold in all and any locations around the US. On a small drive this weekend I spotted 15 4-sale, for Rent both residential and CRE. Neighbor lost his big $$$ MTG job (doh..been telling him for 2 years to start looking..biz just went from okay to stopped). Another financial guy I know just got let go from a builder....and this is no RE bubble location. In another location, relatives in FL say props on their golf courses starting to sell...but many still for sale and decent places to eat are only 1/2 full compared to 2y ago.
