Know how ridiculous 90% pensions sound? Ten works for a public company. He'll never get that yet he pays to fund it. He has to save for his own retirement.

Assuming I am reading your post correctly, 90% pension means 90% of full salary pensions? Who is getting these that Ten is paying for?
