i ride the semi recumbent cycle twenty minutes a day between 5.5 miles and 6.0 miles.
started free weights four days ago. dusted off dp machine from tweny five years ago.. it's bolted to the wall and weights are on a pulley for various exercises.. doing ten minutes a day. taking it slow to make sure i do not lift anything too heavy or too often to avoid hurting myself.
