Gary, To sort of bring this thread back around to what should be its main topic, CCEE, I have a question or two for you.

Assuming a person or persons wished to attempt to manipulate the price of a stock using a forum such as SI, what do you consider the upper limits of market capitalization and float for stocks that would be candidates for such a scheme? Do you think CCEE with about 120,000,000 shares outstanding would be a major candidate for such an operation?

As an attorney with some experience in this field, I would think you may have some very clear thoughts along this line. I only hope nobody else jumps in here with a bunch of links to Canadian stock frauds or whatever.

Thanks,

Steve T.
