stopped wheat, lunch is salad and chicken breast. breakfast is a few cups of fresh fruit, oat bran muffin(i bake up a supply for a week) scrambled eggs and ham,then the various vitamins. i only eat two meals.. one at midnight and one at around noon time. Both are large meals but cut out breads , philly cheese steaks, etc coke, ooops got weak two weeks ago and baked up two dozen brownies.. i have one at lunch time with a glass of fat free milk. g
