On Oct. 1, 1997, Carnegie International Corporation (CAGI) acquired PTT (Europe) and Talidan Ltd. Since then, they have previewed PTT's Voice Activated Telephone Service to the public. It is a proprietary telephone software system with two patents pending, that
can run on any office PC.

According to Investors' Alert, this telephone system is likely to replace every automated telephone system in the world. The older systems work like this: you call the business and the automated
voice asks you to enter the extension of the person you're trying to reach. Usually you don't know the extension, and of course the menu is always too complicated to navigate. Most people just give up.

With CAGI's new system, there is never a button to push. Utilizing the most advanced voice recognition technology to send your call to the right person, the system works like this: you call a business and the phone is answered with a pleasant voice, asking who would you like to speak to. You answer, and your call is sent to their extension. If they are not in, the system takes a message. Never do you touch a button, making this system simple and pleasant to use.

PTT has been selling this system for a year now with tremendous success. This, combined with the Company's new hand-held wireless credit card processing device, the Company's ECAC division,
the Company's Internet billing services, and Talidan Ltd. (a highly profitable telecommunications division), should put the Company's revenues over the $100 million mark in FY99 and projected
earnings in FY99 are over $15 million, which is approximately $0.42 per share. At just a 25 PE, the stock would trade at 10 1/2 (projected earnings in FY98 are $0.15) so Investors' Alert believes it is being very conservative with a 5 1/4 one year target price.
