If Cymer comes out with respectable numbers (>.25 e.g.)
and reasonable guidance I believe Morgan Stanley, for one,
will move CYMI back to accumulate from hold. After all,
MS lead their two public offerings and does not want to forego
future opportunities with a potential industry leader that has
lucrative equity/convertible bond possibilities. OTOH, if
I were Akins or Angus I'd tell them to take a DUV laser
and....

Cymer has seen the report from Goto. they stated they were aware that certain customers were looking for a second source but were baffled by Goto's comments even after Nikon's comment regarding "no problems" with Cymer lasers was made. they stand by their previous published reports regarding "nothing has changed".
