Pugs, I know what Morgan has said and what is required for the merger to go through. The only thing I am questioning is Morgan's credibility. He could be a really stand up kind of guy but I do not know him personally and what I know of him is strictly from heresay and what has been available through the 8ks,10k,q and press releases. Morgan told shareholders time and time again that a 10k,q would be release to shareholders in the near future. That dragged on for at least 4 months. Sales have gone way down since he took over the company. Where are all the new sales contracts? Of the 3mil shares outstanding 2mil + an additional 4mil in options are going or have been given to Morgan/Breton. They did clean up a huge mess created by prior management. I only hope they get there butts in gear so that after the supposed squeeze takes place the stock does not fall to .20 or lower. Buster
