"...Just the past week I got note from a named partner of a law firm in a major US city saying he "lost over a million dollars following Brinker" along with a check to renew my newsletter. He said he was keeping some newsletters, including mine, but not Brinker's..."

Maybe he's gathering evidence Kirk!

Well, you DID say he was a partner in a big city law firm.

I wouldn't worry, you probably don't even have enough subscribers for a class action.

This statement means nothing without knowing how much he started out with.

Also, he needs to follow along with the part where Brinker said "don't put your CM at risk."

Again, Kirk , without further information, your statement means nothing.

Quatro comments:
Kirk I am having trouble rationalising why a named partner of a law firm in a major US city would be subscribing to ANY investment newsletter.

Lets face it, if he is worth his salt he is making 7 or 8 figures at a minimum. People like that generally employ a personal banker, an investment advisor, or manage their own investments if time permits.

Cheerio!
