I wouldn't worry, you probably don't even have enough subscribers for a class action.

Quatro comments: Kirk I am having trouble rationalising why a named partner of a law firm in a major US city would be subscribing to ANY investment newsletter. Lets face it, if he is worth his salt he is making 7 or 8 figures at a minimum. People like that generally employ a personal banker, an investment advisor, or manage their own investments if time permits. Cheerio! Elan
