What about RESPA violations ? Between TILA AND RESPA violations the losses compound.

I guess my view of capitalism is slightly different. I see it as a system (when it works) where innovation and excellence is motivated by the promise of rewards. Monopoly power and corporate tyranny have never been endorsed as a part of our system.

Not that I disagree with your assessment that endemic abuse and corruption are part of the end game when capitalism runs to its potential extremes, but that's true of any system.
