It will not be a close election so a small amount of misconduct won't matter. That's the same rationalization people make when they decide to rip off an insurance company. They've got lots of money, if I steal some no one will be hurt.....limited thinking. Truth of the matter is even if the election is not close election integrity is paramount. Perception by the public of the legitimacy of our election system has a great deal to do with voter turnout......
