It doesn't hurt to have a black man in the Whitehouse. It feels good. All children should know there are no limits to their potential. However, this particular black man, although providing the same hope for children of all races, isn't the best candidate the "race" had to offer. The hard fight against racism which apparently didn't exist, got Obama in the Whitehouse. That in itself is some type of affirmative action. The denial of his associations may come back to haunt you.....haunt all of us. You are more like Don Quixote chasing windmills.
