Since you seem to be a real "know-it-all," you should apply for a post in the Obama administration. I can read, if that means I "know it all". Google Bush and regulations. The right web sites are very proud of the reduced enforcement, albeit with increased spending. Do you deny this? After all, I'm sure you can figure out a way to increase the quality of government services while at the same time reducing the cost, based simply on the fact that Bush was "bad" ... Let's see if I can actually read that sentence. I think you are saying that based on the fact that Bush was "bad" (I assume you mean things went way south while he increased spending 40%) that "I" (personally, with no experience in government) can increase government quality while reducing costs???? If that's what you mean, the answer is no. Obama may be able to do it. Not that high a bar. But he's stepping into quicksand, not of his own making, I think even you admit that.
