If I had asthma, I would probably try applying some to the outside of my chest. Need to proceed with caution. Start small watching for adverse reactions.

Black pepper is one oil that has this cannabinoid in it. Does your condition bring warnings about spices?

Ted, if dust mites are causing your asthma, get a hepa filter air purifier. I saw some for sale at Costco. Upgrading the filter in your HVAC will also help.
