Unfortunately, immigrants turn their target into the place they went from. That was a good thing when the British Empire spread around the world, delivering habeas corpus, common law, property rights, democracy, the industrial revolution, capital, science and progress. Selective immigration is good too, with the USA accepting swarms of highly intelligent people from around the world. The Mexican invasion is not so good = it isn't the talented Mexicans who illegally sneak in.

China is stable. India is stable. They could go there. The USA iu stable. They could go there.

Neo, people live in silly places, such as beside rivers. When the river level rises due to rain, the houses get wet or washed away. In Ottawa, I saw them get knocked over by ice stacking up as it failed to get around a bend in the river. Other people build their house at the top of a cliff where there is a great view. They act surprised when the cliff and house fall down. Living at sea level means death when a tsunami comes [when, not if] or wet feet if sea level rises slowly.
