flair, all of our high tech companies are spending 2 much $ on lawyers instead of engineers. Look what happened to MO. Their earning was affected quite a bit by law suits. i guess that's part of doing business. biz.yahoo.com do u think msft Conf call will be around till this wkend. got very late at night and did not finish listening. i don't think msft will break 130 support do u? i will load up the truck for sure then. i m keeping lots of $ on side lines till fomc meeting. btw. don't be surprised if sun makes a switch to nt in 3 yrs, accroding ML report. ML also did not change any earning estimates for the year for sun. I don't like TK at ML but their sun guy came right on dot for sun @.41 and i thought that was priced into the stock at 45. who knows? do u have dell/cpq ? also do u have an access to acrobat and email? send me ur email address... davefmly@aimnet.com
