For what it's worth, I was listening to a stock promotion radio program yesterday and Intercell Technologies was featured in a short segment. Again, this was a paid advertisement, so some of the facts were probably embellished a bit, but a company spokesman named Lance Mullins said:

1)ITCO is currently raising an estimated $3.75M through private placements.

2) They have acquired a company called Graphic Media Products, which is a PC board manufacturer with last-year sales of about $2.5M. He said that the acquisition complements the Avalon purchase in that they can now offer complete PC card fabrication services to targeted customers. I presume they could use the facility to make cell phone boards as well.

3)They're still talking with Voxon in Australia (I thought the deal was done) to incorporate the antenna technology in the GSM digital phones for that country and Europe. "Real soon now"

4)ITCO's own phone will be available in the Spring (delayed).

Now for the wacky stuff:

5)Look for ITCO antennae among the hand-painted figurines and zirconium jewelry on the QVC Home Shopping Network in November! I assume this would have to be a retrofit kit, but I thought this idea had been abandoned some time ago. This one is so weird that it'll probably work. ... "Only 10 seconds left to get your antenna for Christmas!" ...

6)Lest we forget the Terry N. days at INCE, Mullins warned ITCO investors to get in NOW to take advantage of the potential volatility in the stock (presumably upward), because next summer they expect that the INCE distribution will have a significant negative impact on the stock price.

7)Web site: intercelltechnologies.com (don't get your hopes up ... nice logo, however.)

Enough.

I did receive a call from Jenny, but she did limited work for INCE. At present time she is reffering all calls back to INCE.
