Yeah, that's the risk. I don't think the Dems will go the tough love route to teach Main St. a lesson-not when Wall St. just looted us of untold billions.

I think TRW equity is toast if GM goes into chapter 11, I figure it's a leveraged bet on Congress' complete lack of wisdom or character.
