IYR crappin' the bed again. One of it's components cut divi by 56% and CEO resigned. Expect more of that. 860 is a magic number for S&P, we're there.

It reminds of the fact that the analysts all loved the homies' new "asset lite" business models a year or so ago (i.e., please don't pay attention to all that overpriced real estate we refuse to write down). Those models don't work if no one is buying or using the product. In other words, during a recession/depression in a service-based economy, paper pushers shouldn't sell at 25X earnings.
