Newt told his wife he was leaving her while she was dying of cancer. McCain dumped his wife because an illness made her less good looking. But John Edwards hasn't exactly waved the flag for family values, either. My own feeling is that monogamous marriage is not natural for men. Damn, but I hate butting heads with the other goats for the ewes. <G> So far, the bailout hasn't done a damned thing. AIG is simply using the earlier payments as blackmail to sqeeze more money out of the taxpayers. "If you don't save us now, you will lose the money you've already wasted." We need, at most, one auto co. Of course, a merger of Ford and GM would just create a debt number that couldn't fit on one page of paper. Instead, we are trying to save all the big cos. Dumb!
