How about believing in woodland trolls? "But still you don't get one group calling "X" pornography, and another group calling "not X" pornography." Have you seen those Victoria's Secret commercials on the tube? I'm sure that someone in rural Palin country think those are pornographic. "But judicial activism is one of my pet issues." That's a court by court and case by case issue. Judicial activism, like pornography, is often in the eye of the beholder. It's up to the interpretation. If it wasn't then we wouldn't need judges to 'interpret' anything, it would be obvious to all.
