Not really. Some may have called it indecent but indecent doesn't mean "pornography". In western civilization you probably have to go back before there was a concept of pornography as such before you would get significant percentages calling it decent, if you ever would across the whole of western civilization.

Not a very good definition. Not that I'm sure I could provide a better one. I would say that that definition would be a minimum requirement to be considered porn, but just meeting that requirement isn't enough.
