Hi O, I agree with you completely. Very disappointed in her tenure as Secreary of State. I felt Warren Christopher was not vibrant source of espousing positive messages when he had his turn as secretary of state. I sincerely suspect that President Clinton did not want a strong Sec of State to detract from his aura of being the fountainhead of US Foreign Policy.

And I want to lift President Clinton up in this respect, he gave speeches to the Australian parliment and countless other countries, which I saw in there entirety on C-Span and Clinton made me happy to be an American when he spoke to governing bodies overseas. He was possibly the best president ever in his ability to give a speach, believe the totality of the speach and also include meaningful dialogue in his talk.

He's a brilliant man...... and that is not something that you take a couple of courses in and become adept in.
