Bullshit. It lost the election (different from being "in crisis") because

a) Nearly 100% of blacks voted for Obama

b) Almost all kids under 30, who are easily impressionable and basically ignorant, voted for Obama

c) The Bush Administration has low approval ratings right now because most Americans don't comprehend the issues, which created a strong headwind for McCain.

Any one of the above three items being different would have been enough, I suspect, to change the outcome. The GOP is fine. I suspect 4 years of Obama will be enough to turn it around.

I am not. I expect them to cling tighter to it, and start eliminating those from the party who don't.
