I really don't like Cape Coral and don't pay attention. There are many problems in the community due to First Home Builders and similar. Crime, etc. Deep water canal homes are about 1/2 of what they were except for the best communities. Don't know what decent means to you. These are the best: Look at: tarponpoint.com and capeharbourmarina.com The second is preferable to me as the amenities are complete and the other depends on more development. These are safe developments. The crime rate in Cape Coral is up dramatically and we have murders here where the nightly news used to show pictures of pets up for adoption. <NG> MP
