Mr. SeachRE,

Not only is that a TOU violation, it may be a crime. I was thinking of using Mr. jlallen for my next real estate deal, if the right opportunity surfaces. I would not hire a proven pervert, however.

As I am sure you are aware, libel laws entitle everyone to be free from untrue attacks on their reputations. If you were not formally aware of that legal fact, you now are fully informed. Feel free to ask any questions if it is not clear to you at this point. Be further notified that the anonymity of the internet gives seemingly invisible voice in many regards but does not provide a shield against the responsibility for defamation.

You may want to consider the accuracy of the claim and the wisdom of submitting it and make amends as needed, for your own benefit.
